Palette Lab Terms of Service

Effective date: May 13, 2026

These Terms explain the basic rules for using Palette Lab, including Toon Tone, browser color games, and the image color palette extractor.

Palette Lab accepted use

Use Palette Lab lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, reverse-engineer protected systems, or use Palette Lab to violate someone else's rights.

Palette Lab is provided for color practice, learning, and practical design workflows.

Palette Lab content and assets

Palette Lab owns or licenses the website design, copy, generated site imagery, and software code except where otherwise noted.

Toon Tone character prompts and cutout assets are used for independent color memory gameplay. Palette Lab is not affiliated with any cartoon studio, network, or rights holder.

Palette Lab user images

When you use the color palette extractor, you are responsible for the images you select and for how you use any extracted colors.

The extractor is intended as a local browser utility and does not transfer ownership or usage rights for source images.

Palette Lab availability

Palette Lab is offered as-is. We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the site evolves.

Scores, extracted palettes, and copied output should be treated as convenience results, not guaranteed professional or scientific measurements.
